VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested and vinified to reach perfect ripeness. Following de-stemming, the juice is kept on the skins for several days at low temperatures to extract the fruit’s aromas and retain maximum fragrance.

NOSE: Varied notes of candied citrus, ripe fruit, white flowers.
